PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

ENTERTAINMENT THROUGH CLASSICAL MUSIC

THE STIRLING DUO has performed diversified programs throughout the New Jersey/New York area at clubs, private homes, fundraisers, libraries, churches, retirement communities, corporations, schools, nursing homes, etc.

Many concerts have a theme and range in length from 40 minutes to a full 2 hour program. We have a repertoire of over 100 pieces from Bach to Brahms to Bartok in addition to light fare and sing-a-longs.

Each concert is prepared with the needs and desires of the audience in mind. Because Joe gives a brief explanation of the piece or perhaps a short ancecdote, our programs have been described as "unique".

If your facility has no piano, a string duo program is available. We can also provide background music for luncheons, corporate events and other functions.
